Frequently asked questions

General sign outlooks, lunar calculations, languages and privacy.

How does m00n differ from a daily horoscope?

A personal manuscript begins with a dated and located birth chart rather than a Sun-sign category alone. Its astronomical calculations are reproducible; the psychological interpretation is symbolic and not scientifically validated. Free annual outlooks are broader editorial reflections, separate from paid personal manuscripts.

What if my birth time is uncertain?

The Ascendant and house cusps depend on the local horizon. There is no universal degrees-per-minute correction: latitude and the part of the zodiac matter. State the uncertainty honestly. Without a reliable time, we cannot confirm an Ascendant or houses. Birth-time rectification is not supplied.

When is my manuscript delivered?

Each manuscript enters a dedicated computational pipeline: orbital ephemeris calculations, Placidus semi-arc convergence where applicable, and AI-assisted Jungian symbolic synthesis. Compilation and structural verification run automatically. A 15-minute delivery buffer applies after verified payment; most manuscripts arrive in approximately 10–15 minutes, although generation or provider outages may take longer.

What happens to birth data and PDFs?

Birth data and PDF files are deleted from our server within 48 hours. Minimal financial records are retained as legally required. Contact curator@m00n.io.

Glossary — Ephemeris and ecliptic longitude

An ephemeris gives celestial positions over time. Ecliptic longitude is an angle around the ecliptic. The tropical zodiac divides the circle into twelve equal signs anchored to the equinox; signs and astronomical constellations are different systems.

Glossary — Ascendant, houses and aspects

The Ascendant is the ecliptic point rising at the eastern horizon. Houses divide the local chart according to a chosen system. An aspect is an angular separation; its orb is the permitted departure from the exact angle.

Glossary — Li Chun and archetype

Li Chun is the solar term beginning at solar longitude 315°. An archetype here is an interpretive motif, not a diagnosis or an independently measured property.

Are the outlooks free?

Yes. All current 2026 and 2027 sign outlooks and the daily lunar widget can be read without payment or an account.

Are the daily texts new every day?

Daily positions are calculated at 12:00 UTC. The reflection is selected from 96 combinations of Moon sign and phase; a combination can recur.

Why can a Moon sign differ from another website?

Compare the date, exact time, timezone and zodiac system. m00n uses the tropical zodiac and a fixed 12:00 UTC snapshot; the Moon may change signs during a day.

Which languages are available?

English, Spanish, Italian and French have their own URLs. The language switcher changes the interface and the reading content.

Can I use a forecast to make an important decision?

Treat it as a reflective prompt. For health, legal, financial or psychological concerns, seek appropriately qualified help rather than relying on astrology.

How is the manuscript generated?

Astronomy Engine calculates celestial coordinates. Custom Placidus algorithms calculate house cusps, with a polar Whole Sign fallback. An AI language model composes Jungian symbolic synthesis under m00n editorial parameters; symbolic interpretation is not scientific prediction.

Which editions are paid?

The Natal Manuscript: 3 pages, €9. The Horizon Atlas: 4 pages, €21. The Obsidian Prism: 5 pages, €35. The Architectural Upgrade costs €29. Free yearly outlooks remain available.

What happens to my right of withdrawal?

Checkout requires your express request for immediate personalized digital supply and acknowledgement of the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right when supply begins, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming content remain available. See the Terms of Service.
