Conditions of access and the limits of symbolic interpretation.
Seller and scope
The seller is m00n Observatory (m00n Observatory), Parekklisia, Limassol, Cyprus. Contact curator@m00n.io. These terms apply to purchases by adults. You must provide accurate inputs and have permission to use any third party’s birth data.
Editions and prices
The Natal Manuscript: 3-page PDF, €9. The Horizon Atlas: 4-page PDF, €21. The Obsidian Prism: 5-page PDF, €35. The optional upgrade invitation: €29 for the Obsidian edition through its dedicated offer. All charges are in EUR, displayed before payment, with no subscription or recurring charge. The final checkout amount includes any applicable taxes.
Method and limitations
Ephemeris and astrological mechanics calculated with precision algorithms (Astronomy Engine). Narrative synthesis composed with advanced AI language models under strict m00n Observatory editorial parameters. Astronomical precision does not establish scientific validity for astrological interpretations. Unknown birth time limits houses and Ascendant. The service is for philosophical introspection, symbolic analysis and artistic merit, not professional psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. No event or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Performance and delivery
Each manuscript enters a dedicated computational pipeline: orbital ephemeris calculations, Placidus semi-arc convergence where applicable, and AI-assisted Jungian symbolic synthesis. Compilation and structural verification run automatically. A 15-minute delivery buffer applies after verified payment; most manuscripts arrive in approximately 10–15 minutes, although generation or provider outages may take longer. Save the delivered PDF: private server files expire within 48 hours of order creation. A PDF reader and a working email address are required. Payment return URLs do not establish payment confirmation.
Immediate digital performance and withdrawal
Before payment you must separately and expressly consent to immediate digital generation and delivery and acknowledge losing the 14-day withdrawal right once performance begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in applicable law. This checkbox is not preselected and is separate from agreement to these terms. Your consent and acknowledgement are confirmed by email. Without both, immediate fulfilment is not accepted. Statutory remedies for defective, non-conforming or undelivered digital content remain available; this is not a blanket no-refund policy.
Corrections and remedies
Contact curator@m00n.io with the order reference for corrections, delivery problems or statutory remedies. If we cannot supply the purchased content, we will arrange the remedy or refund required by law. Cyprus law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence or access to competent courts.
Privacy and version
Birth data use is described in the Privacy Policy. Gift purchasers confirm the adult recipient’s explicit permission. Effective 28 October 2026.
